Aditya Pandey is a Cybersecurity Analyst (Governance & Assurance) at Good Balance Advisory, supporting organisations in strengthening their cybersecurity posture through practical, risk-informed, and business-focused solutions.

He is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Information Technology (Networks and Cybersecurity) at Flinders University, and has developed a strong foundation in networking, systems security, and cybersecurity frameworks. Aditya contributes to advisory engagements by supporting cybersecurity assessments, governance reviews, and control validation activities.

Aditya has experience in conducting cybersecurity health checks and identifying key risks, with a focus on providing clear, actionable recommendations aligned with recognised frameworks such as the Australian Cyber Security Centre Essential Eight. He works closely with small and medium-sized organisations to assess their current security maturity and support the implementation of foundational controls.

His areas of contribution include security awareness support, development of policies and procedures, and assisting organisations in implementing practical security measures such as multi-factor authentication, secure configurations, and backup and recovery practices.

Aditya also supports vulnerability identification activities, including basic scanning and analysis, helping organisations prioritise and address potential weaknesses in their systems.

With a strong interest in cybersecurity governance and advisory, Aditya is focused on delivering structured, reliable, and easy-to-understand outcomes that align with real business needs. He is committed to continuous learning and building practical experience to support organisations in navigating an evolving threat landscape.
